The 15,000 square foot building is occupied jointly by a multi-award winning interior design studio and an outlet store owned and operated by two generations of family. The outlet store is a 2002 off shoot of Expressions In Design interior design studio that has been in business since 1992.
The two brothers, Spencer and Jason Fischl, have worked in and around the furniture business for over 25 years. They saw a need for better priced designer looking furniture and accessories and found they could provide for that need by operating a low-overhead, no-frills facility and keeping it full of great looking, name brand furnishings and accessories at incredible prices.
They go to all the big international furniture markets with an ASID Designer, their mother, Diane Oldfin, and her staff of designers. Assorted goods are purchased that would look great in expensive homes as well as others that would be appropriate for condo packages, which are also available. Their huge inventory is ready for immediate delivery and deliveries are made five days a week. They can also special order items from over 100 different manufacturers.
In addition to the furniture they carry mattresses, accessories, lighting, silk floral and wall decors. Most of the accessories are brought in by the design studio and also used in the many model homes they regularly do.
